Supporting a Plethora of Symbologies
Aspose.BarCode supports more than 25 types of most popular barcode symbologies including Linear (Code128, Code39, Code93, EAN13, EAN14 (SSCC14), EAN8, UPCA, UPCE, BooklandEAN, Interleaved2of5, Standard2of5, MSI, Code11, Codabar, Postnet, Planet and SSCC18 etc.) and 2D (PDF417, QR and DataMatrix etc.) barcodes.
Advanced Imaging Options
Aspose.BarCode allows you to easily manipulate barcode image borders, border color, style, margins & width etc as well as allowing you to modify image color, back color and bar color. You can also rotate barcode images to any degrees and produce high quality barcode images with anti-aliasing. In addition to this, barcode image margins can be managed and you can set customized resolution. Aspose.BarCode gives you the ability to specify size in inches and millimeters as well as allowing auto sizing of barcode images. With the help of Aspose.BarCode you can create barcode images in any desired image format like Bmp, Jpeg, Gif, Png, Tiff, Wmf, Metafile etc.
Customizing Barcodes
With Aspose.BarCode you can easily customize the barcode to suit your needs by Specifying different kinds of symbologies, setting barcode code text (data to be encoded to barcode image) and its appearance related properties like font, back color, fore color, alignment and location (hide, above, below) etc. You can also easily manage barcode caption and its font, back color, fore color, alignment and location (hide, above, below). Aspose.BarCode also supports checksum and supplement data. The more commonly used Code128 encoding is exceptionally optimized. In addition to this, Aspose.BarCode allows WYSIWYG editing of barcodes using GUI based controls.
BarCode Recognition
Aspose.BarCode can read most commonly used 1D and 2D barcodes, detecting them anywhere, with any orientation. It supports most commonly used image formats like jpg, bmp, png, gif, tiff etc. If there are more than one barcodes in a single image, it can detect all and you can easily check the detected CodeText, Symbology Type, Orientation etc. Slightly damaged barcode detection is sometimes also possible.
Platform Independence
The Aspose.BarCode Product Family Pack covers most of the popular development environments and deployment platforms. You can confidently use Aspose.BarCode for .NET to build any type of a 32-bit or 64-bit .NET application including ASP.NET, Web Services and WinForms. Aspose.BarCode for .NET is easy to deploy because it is just a group of class libraries without any dependencies (except on the .NET Framework itself). Aspose.BarCode for Java is available for Java 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 and will run in any place where Java is installed. In addition to this Aspose.BarCode for Reporting Services supports Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Aspose.BarCode for JasperReports can be used with JasperReports.
Integration
Aspose.BarCode for Reporting Services is a .NET component, complaint with .NET Frameworks 1.1 (with MS SQL Server 2000), 2.0 (with MS SQL Server 2005) and 3.x (with MS SQL Server 2008). It can be very easily integrated into existing and new projects by just adding the Aspose.BarCode for Reporting Services component in the Toolbox of Visual Studio and then dropping it onto the project wherever desired.
Aspose.BarCode for JasperReports can be easily integrated into existing and new JasperReport (jrxml) files using custom tag, provided by Aspose.BarCode for JasperReports.
